How do I know my size?
We have the international size chart, or you can DM us your measurements and we will help you choose the right size.
إزاي أعرف مقاسي؟
عندنا جدول مقاسات، أو ابعتي لنا مقاساتك في رسالة على إنستجرام، وإحنا هنساعدك تختاري المقاس المناسب.
Can you send me 2 sizes to compare?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship 2 sizes. You can exchange.
ممكن تبعتولي مقاسين أقيس وأختار؟
للأسف لا، لكن تقدري تعملي استبدال.
How long do orders take to be delivered?

الطلب بياخد وقت قد إيه؟
التوصيل للقاهرة والإسكندرية من ٣ إلى ٤ أيام عمل.
Can I try while the courier waits?
Yes! You can. And if the size doesn’t fit, you can return the item with the courier and pay only the shipping fees.
ينفع أقيس والمندوب مستني؟
أيوه، ولو المقاس مش مناسب، ممكن ترجعي القطعة مع المندوب وتدفعي فقط مصاريف الشحن.
Can I receive only part of my order?
Unfortunately, no. You can’t receive part of the shipment. Either you receive it all or return all the items. You can then reorder the required items in a separate order.
ينفع أستلم جزء من الطلب؟
للأسف لا، لازم تستلمي الطلب كامل أو ترجعيه بالكامل. بعدين تقدري تعملي طلب جديد للحاجات اللي محتاجاها.
Do you have refunds?
Yes, we do. Please make sure the item is unworn and in the same condition as you received it. Refunds can only be done within 24 hours from receiving the order, and the money will be refunded to your wallet on one of the following apps (Instapay/Vodafone Cash) once the item is returned back to us. Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
هل في استرجاع؟
أيوه، بشرط إن القطعة ما تكونش اتلبست وتكون بنفس حالتها وقت الاستلام. الاسترجاع لازم يتم خلال ٢٤ ساعة من استلام الطلب، والمبلغ بيتحول لمحفظتك على إنستا باي أو فودافون كاش بعد استلامنا للقطعة.
العروض والتخفيضات لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we do! Please make sure the item is unworn and in the same condition as you received it. We only accept exchanges for items in their original packaging and as new. Items on sale can only be exchanged in sizes, not items or colors.
هل في استبدال؟
أيوه طبعًا! بشرط إن القطعة ما تكونش اتلبست وتكون بنفس حالتها وتغليفها.
العروض مسموح فيها استبدال مقاسات فقط، مش ألوان أو موديلات.
How can I exchange an item?
Step 1: Send us a DM on Instagram requesting an exchange. Include your order number and which item you'd like to exchange and for what.
Step 2: We will ship your exchange, and it will take 3–5 business days to arrive after confirmation.
إزاي أعمل استبدال؟
الخطوة ١: ابعتي لنا رسالة على إنستجرام واطلبي فيها الاستبدال. اكتبي رقم الطلب، واسم القطعة اللي عايزة تبدليها، والمقاس أو القطعة اللي عايزة تستبدليها بيها.
الخطوة ٢: هنجهزلك الاستبدال، وبيوصل خلال ٣ إلى ٥ أيام عمل من وقت التأكيد.
